Here at IHCYR we provide a number of services for our community:

Education

Equine Education

Classes are designed for the self-development of youth to ensure horse safety and responsible care. Students gain hands-on experience with horses including grooming and hoof care.

Riding Lessons

Riding Instruction

Group riding lessons are offered to give horse-lovers access to horses and an opportunity to learn to ride. Clear communication and quality horsemanship is the foundation to prevent harm to both horse and rider. A donation for scheduled riding time is how we feed and care for the school horses made available for instruction.

Rehabilitation and Adoption

Horse Rehabilitation & Adoption

Offering rescue, care and rehabilitation for horses which have been neglected, abused or are in need of proper care. Horses are in need of sponsors to cover the cost for care and feed. The ultimate goal is to prepare horses for adoption to a permanent loving home.
